To use ScoutInstant, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to bind the organization you represent (e.g., club, agency, academy)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security concerns. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Description of the Service

ScoutInstant is an AI-powered football scouting analytics platform providing:

• AI insights (player analysis, trending talents, role-fit scores, look-alikes)
• Match intelligence (xG, event data, timelines, heatmaps, tactical summaries)
• Real-time events (goals, cards, injuries, substitutions, standout actions)
• Reports (AI-generated match, player, opponent, and tactical reports)

ScoutInstant is provided on a subscription-based SaaS model. Features, capabilities, datasets, and availability may vary depending on the subscription plan.

4. AI Output DisclaimerImportant

ScoutInstant uses artificial intelligence models to generate insights, reports, and recommendations. By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy is not guaranteed. AI outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or hallucinations
• ScoutInstant provides information for analytical and informational purposes only
• ScoutInstant does not constitute professional, financial, contractual, or recruitment advice
• You retain full responsibility for all decisions made based on ScoutInstant's insights
• No outcomes—sporting, financial, recruitment-related, match-related, or market-related—are guaranteed

This includes but is not limited to: Player valuation forecasts, Player performance projections, Tactical recommendations, Scouting assessments, Transfer market predictions, Injury risk indicators, and Opponent scouting intelligence. All final evaluations, recruitment decisions, contract negotiations, transfers, strategies, and risk assessments are the sole responsibility of the user and their organization.

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service
• Circumvent access controls, subscription tiers, or security mechanisms
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the service without written permission
• Upload malicious code or engage in abusive, harmful, or high-risk conduct
• Use the service for gambling, illegal betting, match-fixing, or high-risk manipulation activities

Violation of this policy may lead to immediate account termination.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service.

• Uptime may vary due to maintenance, updates, provider issues, or force majeure events

• Beta features may be experimental, unstable, or inaccurate and are used at your own risk

ScoutInstant is under continuous development and improvements may require changes to the platform.

11. Limitation of LiabilityImportant

To the maximum extent allowed by Greek and EU law:

• ScoutInstant is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages

We do not guarantee outcomes related to: Player recruitment, Talent identification, Match performance, Tactical decision-making, Player valuation or financial forecasts, Transfer market predictions, Injury, performance, or future results. You accept full responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoutInstant, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights
• Decisions or actions you take related to scouting, recruitment, transfers, or evaluations

13. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in prohibited conduct
• Required by law or regulatory action
• Your subscription expires or is unpaid

Upon termination, access to your content and account data may be restricted or deleted.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by:

• Greek law
• Applicable EU legislation (including GDPR, consumer protection directives, and digital services regulations)

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer jurisdiction rules.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, product updates, or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of ScoutInstant after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
